The service
My Drivers Abstract is a private document service. We provide online ordering and email delivery of an uncertified 3-year Ontario driver record. We do not provide certified records, driver’s licence histories, collision reports, legal advice, or insurance advice.
Your authorization and information
By ordering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to request the record and provide the information submitted. You are responsible for entering accurate names, licence information and delivery email details. Incorrect information can delay or prevent fulfillment.
Price and payment
The displayed price is $19.99 CAD for one order unless a different price is clearly shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. There is no subscription or recurring charge.
Delivery
Most completed orders arrive within minutes, but delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Availability of external systems, incorrect information, email filtering, technical problems and manual review can cause delays. You are responsible for checking the email address and spam folder used for the order.
Document suitability
You are responsible for confirming that an uncertified 3-year driver record is suitable for your purpose. Requirements differ among employers, insurers, courts and other organizations. Review our record guide before ordering if you are uncertain.
Refunds and corrections
Our refund and reprocessing policy forms part of these terms. Contact info@mydriversabstract.ca with your order reference if there is a problem.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website to make an unauthorized request, submit false information, interfere with the service, test stolen payment details, automate abusive traffic, or violate another person’s rights.
Service availability and liability
We may suspend the service for maintenance, security or external system interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
