What CVOR Level 1 and Level 2 abstracts are
CVOR Level 1 and Level 2 abstracts describe the registered carrier, not an individual driver. Level 1 is a public one-page summary of a carrier’s safety performance covering two years. Level 2 includes a two-year summary and detailed event data covering five years, and is available only to the carrier.
