Most records arrive within minutes
Once payment succeeds, the automated fulfillment process prepares the request and sends the resulting PDF to the email address on the order. Many orders complete within minutes, although external system or email delays can extend that time.
What can slow down delivery
- A misspelled name or incorrect licence number
- An email address entered incorrectly
- Temporary availability or maintenance affecting an external system
- Email filtering that places the delivery in spam or junk
- A payment requiring additional review by the card issuer
If the email has not arrived
Check spam and junk folders first, then confirm which email address was used. If you still cannot find it, contact support with the order reference. Support typically responds within 12 to 48 hours.
